About the role

Agentic IAM is the newest pillar of ICI TECH. As staff engineer, you'll own architectural decisions, partner with PM on the roadmap, and mentor the team building it.

What we're looking for

10+ years software engineering, 3+ at staff level
Track record shipping ambitious 0→1 products
Deep IAM, security, or AI/ML infrastructure experience

Compensation

$280K – $360K base + equity
