1. Information we collect

We collect information in three categories: information you give us directly (e.g. when you sign up for an account or contact sales), information we collect automatically (e.g. logs and analytics when you use the product), and information we receive from third parties (e.g. identity providers you choose to connect).

• Account information: name, work email, company, role
• Product telemetry: directory and device metadata, audit events, usage analytics
• Marketing data: pages visited, content downloaded, demo requests

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate, secure, and improve the ICI TECH product; to communicate with you about your account, product updates, and marketing (where you've opted in); and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing & disclosure

We share information with service providers who help us run ICI TECH (e.g. infrastructure, analytics, support tools), only under contracts that bind them to confidentiality and security commitments at least as strong as our own. We do not sell personal information.

4. International transfers

ICI TECH operates globally. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting privacy@icitech.example.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@icitech.example.

7. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if our practices change. If the changes are material, we'll let you know via email or an in-product notice.
