Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ICI TECH. By signing up for an account, accessing our product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your credentials safe; let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use ICI TECH to break the law, infringe on others' rights, or interfere with the security and operation of the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Subscription & billing
Most plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Free trials end after their stated duration unless you upgrade. You can cancel at any time; cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period.
4. Customer data
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as documented in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
5. Warranties & disclaimers
We provide the service as-is, except for the commitments in our DPA and SLA. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent allowed by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes in advance.
