Senior Software Engineer, Identity Platform

Help us build the core directory and lifecycle engine that powers identity for 200K+ orgs.

About the role

You'll work on the directory service that's the backbone of ICI TECH — designing schema, scaling sync, and shipping APIs other teams build on. We're looking for someone who has built or scaled an identity, auth, or graph system before.

What we're looking for

6+ years building production backend systems
Strong distributed systems fundamentals
Experience with identity, auth, or directory services
Comfortable owning a service end-to-end

Nice to have

Familiarity with SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP
Built or migrated AD/LDAP at scale

Compensation

$215K – $280K base + meaningful equity
