• Discover: scan SSO, browser, and expense data to find every AI tool in use
• Classify: score each tool by data sensitivity and vendor trust
• Triage: block the high-risk, sanction the high-value, ignore the trivial
• Onboard: bring the sanctioned tools into your SSO and access catalog
• Educate: tell your team what's allowed and where the off-ramps are
